Pasteurization – equipment to biological stabilization of beverages using a short temperature shock
Pasteurization of a beverage is based on a short temperature increase in the beverage at temperature which causes destruction of sporing pathogenic, but also the human body beneficial organisms. During pasteurization beverages are thermally sterilized. It is performed on devices called pasteurizers.

We offer several types of beverage pasteuriers :
Submersible (bath) pasteurizers – they serve to batch pasteurization of beverages directly in closed bottles or cans by their short submersing in hot water in a stainless steel vat.
Chamber (cabinet) pasteurizers – they serve to batch pasteurization of beverages directly in closed bottles or cans by their short spraying with hot water or heating with steam in closed cabinet.
Flow-through (flash) pasteurizers – they serve to continuous pasteurization of beverages their flow throug an machine which ensures a short heating of flow-through beverage. They are suitable before filling of pasteurized beer into kegs or in cooperation with high-capacity bottling machines.
Flow-through pasteurizers with filling units – flash pasteurizers which are equipped with the filling system for filling beverages into bottles, bag-in-boxes etc. Suitable only for non-carbonated beverages like juice, water, lemonade etc.
Tunnel pasteurizers – they are very large machines designed to pasteurization the beverages in the bottles, cans or kegs after the filling process during their moving through a tunnel with spraying hot water.
