  • Pasteurization temperature: Recommended 72°C (+/- 2°C) – This value can be changed by operator.
  • Pasteurization time: Recommended 20 sec – This value can be changed by operator.

Equipment description:

Three stages plate heat-exchanger composed of:

AISI 304 inox steel frame, designed to hold the exchange plates, with AISI 304 inox steel inlet and outlet connections type DN 50 DIN 11851.

Plate guiding and holding bars and screw tightening rods made of Aisi 304 inox steel.

Heat exchange plates made of AISI 316L inox steel, 0.6 mm thick, complete of EPDM rubber sealing gaskets to joint (without glue).

Intermediate frames made of AISI 304 inox steel with connection type DN 50 DIN 11851.

Plate guiding and holding bars and screw tightening rods, made of Aisi 304 inox steel.

Feeding pump for the transferring of the product from the feeding tank to the pasteurisation plant, type AISI 316L inox steel centrifugal pump, built as per 3A health specifications, complete of electrical motor 2900 rpm.

Electromagnetic flowmeter made of AISI 316L inox steel, to measure the hourly production. Protection class IP67 NEMA4X PFA coating, process Tri Clamp connections made of AISI 316L inox steel.

Set of connections for the circulation of the product, made of DIN 32 AISI 316 inox steel pipe for human alimentary use, with inner and outer polished finishing, welded and connected by DIN 32 connection elements, complete of deviation, closure and discharge valves, where needed.

AISI 316L inox steel deviation valve for the recycling of the product, when the pasteurisation temperature is not right and in case of interruption of the filling operation, with times of sharing variables from operator mode CIP.
