Insulated fermentation tanks | Fermenters with insulation

Insulated fermentation tanks are very effective fermenters equipped with the insulation jacket.
The most of insulated fermentation tanks are designed as double-jacketed fermenters – they are equipped with a cooling channels to cooling the tanks with a liquid.
Their main advantage is high efficiency of the temperature control process and low heat loses.
The insulated double-jacketed fermentation tanks are equipped with the cooling channels which allow accurace and fastly measurement and regulation of temperature in the tank. This is the main reason why the insulated fermenters with the cooling jacket are the mostly used tanks in industrial breweries, wineries or cider production plants.
The insulated fermentation tanks are suitable for both the primary and secondary fermentation of beverages in the same tank.
The insulated fermenters are suitable also for the secondary fermentation (the lagering process of beer, natural carbonation of cider, wine or kombucha etc.) or for storage of finalized drinks in the tanks before their bottling or pouring into jars.
