Low-cost cylindrically-conical fermentation tanks with simplified design for both the fermentation process and the maturation process (only pressure variation) in the production of beer, cider or wine. The simplified fermentors can be optionaly equipped with simple insulation jacket – only on the cylindrical part of the tank.
