BREWMASTER BBM-1000 – Recommended basic configurations for small breweries. Equipped with the wort machine BREWMASTER BM-1000 and with one or several plastic/stainless steel fermentors with capacity of 1200-2400 liters.
Brewery sets in this category are designed to produce 1000 liters of wort per one batch. Volume of the tanks allows maximal production of two batches per day.
BBM-1000 breweries consists of two basic sets :
- Wort brewing set – equipment indended for brewing the wort from basic raw materials (water, malt, hops)
- Fermentation set – equipment needed for the fermentation of wort and production of the final product – beer
