BHAC-3 Automatic Control System for brewhouses Oppidum
The BHAC3 is an automatic control system for the OPPIDUM wort preparation machines with computer support and most operations controlled automatically – according to a specified program from a central control panel. This control system cooperates with OPPIDUM machines with usable production volumes from 1000 up to 6000 liters of wort per one batch.
BHAC3 automatic control system for the brewery includes:
- Automatically controlled hot process of brewing – fully automatized management of the entire processes of production wort
- Automatic system for time-control of temperatures in fermentation and maturation process
- Automatic system for control of media
WCASB-3002 Two-stage block wort cooler-aerator 2×3000 liters per hour
The block system for precisse cooling and aeration of hot wort. This is a necessary equipment for preparation of wort after the hot wort brewing process and before start of the beer fermentation process. The cooling system includes two plate heat exchangers. 1-st heat exchanger is designed for cooling of wort from 98°C to appoximaly 30°C using cold drink water (12°-18°C) and purchasing hot water with temperature 80°C. 2-nd heat exchanger is designed for cooling wort from 30°C to approximaly 7-12°C (for bottom fermented beer types) or 15-24°C (for top fermented beer types) using cold glycol (-4°C). The plate heat exchanger and the aeration candle are attached to a stainless steel panel which is equipped with temperature sensors and digital displays.
BMTM-200 Termo-sleeve for the BREWMASTER BM-200
BMTM-200 Termo-sleeve is a recommended accessory for the BREWMASTER BM-200 brewhouse. This is used for insulation of the kettle to speed up heating of the kettle and saving energy. The termo-sleeve is also very recommended for use when is requirement for more than one brew cycle per day – in this case we recommend to use the fermentation and maturation tanks with volume total of daily produced wort.
BMTM-500 Termo-sleeve for the BREWMASTER BM-500
BMTM-500 Termo-sleeve is a recommended accessory for the BREWMASTER BM-500 brewhouse and BM-510 additional brewing boiler. This is used for insulation of the kettle to speed up heating of the kettle and saving energy. This equipment is used for the cooling of beer wort with maximal capacity 250 liters of beer wort per one hour, cooling down from 90°C to 25°C (if cold water 12°C is used as coolant) or from 25°C to 6°C (if glycol -4°C is used) . Two pieces of this PHE (double PHE system) are able to cool wort from 90°C to 6°C .
