Fermentation air-locks – the mechanisms and devices for preventing wort infection from air during fermentation or maturation of alcoholic beverages in fermenters and tanks. The fermentation air-locks intended for the pressure stainless steel tanks include also the pressure relief adjustable valve to fine adjusting and keep of required pressure inside the tanks during the secondary fermentation process.
