BREWORX MODULO LITE-ME 251 are craft breweries with modular construction of all production devices with the MODULO LITE-ME 250 wort brew machine and FUIC fermentation units with stainless steel conical fermentors with volume 250 liters. They are an ideal solution for all beginners in brewing business with less experiences which want to quickly start their own beer production without a building reconstruction.
The breweries include the simplified modular wort brew machine and several the modular fermentation-maturation units with integrated cylindrical-conical fermentors and coolers. The automatic cooling system, cleaning and sanitizing system, automatization of the wort brew process are available as options. The BREWORX MODULO LITE-ME 251 breweries allow the production all known types of beer only from malt extract, hops and water, not from traditional ingrediences – malt, hops, water and brewer´s yeast.
Beer production capacities from 187 hectoliters up to 1125 hectoliters per year according to number fermentation tanks, their volume and kind beer to be produced.
The MODULO LITE-ME 250 machine for preparation of wort from malt extract has a traditional design which is typical for Czech brewery school. All components that are necessary to production of wort are integrated to two functional tanks. All equipment is installed on the stainless steel frame with adjustable feet to easy transtort and start up. This type of the wort brew machine is able to produce from one up to four batches of wort per day.
The machine may be placed and operated directly in interior of the restaurant where a master brewer operates with him front of all visitors of the restaurant. Luxury traditional design of the visualy complicated wort production machine in the middle of the restaurant is a good marketing tool which pull a customer attention.
