BREWORX LITE-ECO 1002 breweries – Recommended basic configurations of restaurant breweries that are equipped with the BREWORX LITE-ECO 1000 wort brew machine and several stainless steel fermentors with useful volume 2000 liters per each tank.
Basic brewery sets in this category are designed to production of 1100 liters of wort per one batch, volume of the tanks allows maximal production two batches per day.
The production capacity of the brewery is 2200 liters of wort per one brewing day that is equal approximaly 2000 liters of beer after the fermentation process.
The wort brew machine BREWORX LITE-ECO 1000 is not equipped with the filtering tank therefore it is not possible to produce wort from malt classic way. A simplified industrial design of the machine allows effective work during entire wort production process using simple step PLC controller for heating of the vessels. Transfer of heat from the electric heating spirals to inner jacket of the vessels ensures oil.
This type of the wort brew machine is able to produce from one up to three batches of wort per day wherein only malt extract is used instead malt. We produce the machine in the stainless steel design.
