BREWORX CLASSIC 602 breweries – Recommended basic configurations of restaurant breweries that are equipped with the BREWORX CLASSIC 600 wort brew machine and several stainless steel fermentors with useful volume 1200 liters per each tank.
Basic brewery sets in this category are designed to production of 708 liters of wort per one batch, volume of the tanks allows maximal production one batch per day.
The production capacity of the brewery is 1416 liters of wort per one brewing day that is equal approximaly 1200 liters of beer after the fermentation process. The BREWORX CLASSIC 600 brewhouse wort machine has a traditional Czech design and it is intended to be placed in interior of medium-size restaurants or pubs.
