BREWORX CLASSIC 1002 are restaurant craft breweries for big-size restaurants which consist of the luxury wort brew machine BREWORX CLASSIC 1000 and a fully equipped set of the professional beer fermentation tanks with a nominal capacity 2000 liters per tank
BREWORX CLASSIC 1002 breweries – Recommended basic configurations of restaurant breweries that are equipped with the BREWORX CLASSIC 1000 wort brew machine and several stainless steel fermentors with useful volume 2000 liters per each tank.
Basic brewery sets in this category are designed to production of 1180 liters of wort per one batch, volume of the tanks allows maximal production one batch per day.
The production capacity of the brewery is 2360 liters of wort per one brewing day that is equal approximaly 2000 liters of beer after the fermentation process. The BREWORX CLASSIC 1000 brewhouse wort machine has a traditional Czech design and it is intended to be placed in interior of medium-size restaurants or pubs.
