BREWORX CLASSIC 1001 breweries – Recommended basic configurations of restaurant breweries that are equipped with the BREWORX CLASSIC 1000 wort brew machine and several stainless steel fermentors with useful volume 1000 liters per each tank.
Basic brewery sets in this category are designed to production of 1180 liters of wort per one batch, volume of the tanks allows maximal production one batch per day.
The production capacity of the brewery is 1180 liters of wort per one brewing day that is equal approximaly 1000 liters of beer after the fermentation process. The BREWORX CLASSIC 1000 brewhouse wort machine has a traditional Czech design and it is intended to be placed in interior of large-size restaurants or pubs.
