Brewery sets in this category are designed to produce 50 liters of wort per one batch. Volume of the tanks allows maximal production of two batches per day.
BBM-050 breweries consists of two basic sets :
- Wort brewing set – equipment intended for brewing the wort from basic raw materials (water, malt, hops)
- Fermentation set – equipment needed for the fermentation of wort and production of the final product – beer
