1.5″ Tri Clover (TriClamp DIN 32676 DN40) Compatible Spunding Valve for the pressure tanks. Variable pressure relief valve equipped with the air-water lock and the diaphragm manometer, sometimes referred to as a “Bunging” or “Spunding” valve, traditionally used for controlled carbonation or fermentation of beverage products over time. Its operating adjustable range is 0.2 – 2.2 bar (2.9 – 30.9 PSI) .

How to use :

Fill water into the cup (80%-85% of volume) when use the valve. The thick-wall cup is designed to use with sanitizing solutions (acidic / alkalic solution with concentration of up to 5%) so that both the tank and this adjustable pressure system keep sanitary when the fermentation process.

TriClamp 1.5″ diaphragm manometer Pressure gauge of 0-4 bar with 1.5″ TriClamp diaphragm bottom, beautiful looking, good pressure function. Advantage of diaphragm manometer: It is a perfect sanitary solution when liquid is in contact. Easily chemically sanitizable without damage of the manometer.
