MTS-RV2-DN32TC : Spunding adjustable pressure relief valve type 6 with manometer and air-lock for fermentors / DIN32676 TriClamp DN 32 Ø50mm

MTS-RV2-DN32TC Pressure adjusting apparatus type 6 with manometer and air-lock for fermentors DN32 TC is an extension equipment to the monitoring of current pressure and setting of required pressure in the tank. Also the fermentation lock is included in this part to visual monitoring of the fermenting process in the tank. Connection : Upper connection (to CS2 pipe) DIN 32676 Tri Clamp ⌀50.5mm DN32 / NW32. Adjustable pressure in the tank from 0bar to 3.0bar using the regulation screw with the spring.

MTS-RV2-DN32TC set includes :

A – Upper connection to the tank sanitizing pipe

B – Lower connection (sanitization) – input of sanitizing solution (usually from the CIP station)

C – Bottom connection (pressure gas) – input of pressure gas – a hose from a source of the pressure air or carbodioxide

D – Ball valve on the pressure gas pipe

E – Adjustable pressure valve with the screw and spring – to precisious adjusting of the required pressure in the tank

F – Fermentation water lock – the plastic cup to filling with water designed to visual monitoring of the fermenting process in the tank

G – Glycerine stainless steel manometer 0 – 4 bar
