Description

The honey liquefier machine / the honey pasting device / HMHT-200LH is a non-pressure stainless steel tank equipped with the agitator and the electric heating. This device is designed for mixing and homogenizing of honey, or similar solids in liquids. We recommend the HMHT-200LH tank to dilution and mixing of honey or food and beverage concentrates, such as concentrates for the production of soft honey drinks.

The mixing-homogenizing tank has usable capacity 280 kg of honey and is made of stainless food steel DIN 1.4301 (AISI 304).

Technical properties :

  • Honey blender / honey liquefier machine/ honey pasting device for homogenization and stirring of the creamy honey.
  • The double stainless steel propeller is fitted on an inclined shaft. The propeller has extra crossbars so it is suitable for stirring of the creamy honey.
  • The coat of the tank and the bottom are heated with electric heating cables, insulated and protected with an extra coat of stainless steel. The temperature of the coat is controlled with a simple programmable digital controller.
  • The tank is easy to clean. The engine with a stirring stick can easily be removed.
  • The lid is fitted with an electric safety lock to prevent opening while the machine is operating or unintentional startup.
  • A timer is built in a control box.
  • Stainless steel drain valve 2″ is built in at the lowest point.
  • The homogenizer is made entirely of materials appropriate for managing foods.
  • The stand under the homogenizer can be made by request.

How the machine works :

The honey pasting device has a stirrer with a time switch, so it automatically pastes honey according to the set intervals. The tank is double-shelled and therefore the honey can also be heated. This is mostly used during the last phase of honey pasteurization and especially before bottling into glasses, when it is easier to work with the heated honey.

Fresh honey is beautifully clear. However, after some time it will crystallize naturally. The ideal temperature for crystallization is 16-18 °C. At higher temperatures, crystallization takes place more slowly and the crystals are larger.

When heated above a temperature of 40 ° C, the honey liquefies again and the crystals dissolve. The pasting device enables gradual crystallization so that the honey reaches an ideal pasty consistency. This process involves cyclic aeration and occasional stirring for several days until the honey reaches the desired paste consistency. Aeration takes place during mixing of honey. Mixing of honey is done several times a day for about 10 to 15 minutes. Pasting is the process of disolving honey crystals until it reaches a paste consistency.

The control unit of the stirrer is pre-set and automatically controls the operation of the stirrer. The setting of stirring intervals is given by the manufacturer at an interval of 15 minutes of stirring and 1 hour of break. The number of stirring cycles can be set as you choose.

It is calculated so that the motor works for 15 minutes and the stirrer rotates, and then it always stands for 1 hour and does not perform any activity. In this way, optimal honey application is achieved. For example, in a 24-hour cycle, there are 20 cycles where the motor works after 15 minutes and 19 cycles of breaks for 1 hour. The homogenizing tank with heating allows you the one-hour waiting interval can be turned off and the tank can also be used to liquefy honey.
