First section : A rinsing turret with five grippers
- Rinsing turret, supplied with five grippers with standard fixed nozzles.
- The bottle holder is easy for assembly and disassembly.
- One-level rinse
- This machine is equipped with a bottle detection device on the conveyor: A photocell stops the machine and closes the rinsing electro valve in case there is a lack of bottles.
- Electro-valve for controlling the rinsing fluid.
- The valve stops the flow of fluid every time the machine stops and starts it when the machine restarts.
- Pressure regulator
- A filter for the rinsing solution
- Manual adjustment of height of the turret (electric regulation available on demand)
Second section: Filling turret, with electropneumatic valves
- Filling turret: Five electropneumatic valves , which are suitable for filling beer into glass bottles.
- Manual adjustment of height of the turret (electric regulation available on demand)
- The turret has a tank with a mirror-polished inner surface and a level control probe.
Filling steps for glass bottles
1st phase | First pre-vacuumation | After the lifting of the bottle, the vacuum pump starts - exhausting air from bottle |
2nd phase | First CO2 injection | The vacuuming pipe is closed and the injection of CO2 starts - filling bottle with CO2 |
3rd phase | Second pre-vacuumation | The valve for the CO2 closes and the vacuuming pump starts - exhausting CO2 from bottle |
4th phase | Second CO2 injection | The vacuum pipe stays open for a very short time while the CO2 is opening and then it is closed |
5th phase | Filling the beverage | When the pressure inside the bottle is the same as the pressure in the upper filling tank the filling valves is open and the filling process of the bottle starts |
6th phase | End of filling | When the filling of the bottle is finished, after a short pause, the snift is open for degassing of the bottle |
7th phase | Degassing | The electro mechanical valve opens and degasses the bottle |

Third section : Closing
Automatic closing part suitable for crown caps on glass bottles, supplied with:
- with automatic sorter (vibrating), made of AISI 304 (stainless steel); the device is equipped with a monitor (to track the level of closure)
- with device equipped with a monitor (which tracks the presence of covers), made of AISI 304 (stainless steel)
- with one closing head for permanent crown cork deformation
Fourth section : Bottle movement
- The machine has a central star that conveys the bottle. The bottles are placed under the filling nozzles.
- Machine speed is electronically set by the inverter.
- The machine is also supplied with in and out sensors for automatic start/stop: they stop the machine when there is no bottle on the inlet conveyor or there is other problem with bottles on the exit conveyor and they ensure automatic re-start.
- The machine is provided with a conveyor belt (stainless steel) – without a conveyor drive and without recovery grooves
- According to CE rules, the machine is equipped with safety guards – made of stainless steel (AISI 304) and also with safety glass.
Rotation
Rotation is done by cogwheels.
Automatic release on the central unit and on the starter devices for immediate stopping in case of improper maneuver.
Machine speed is electronically set by the inverter.
The machine is also supplied with in and out sensors for automatic start/stop: they stop the machine when there is no bottle on the inlet conveyor or when there is a bottle jammed on the exit conveyor and they ensure automatic re-start.
Electrical controls
Electric control in a stainless steel box.
