RVA-CO2 Reducing valve for pressure bottles with CO2 gas
The reducing valve is a component needed to measuring, reducing and dosing of pressurized carbon dioxide from pressure bottles. Pressurized carbon dioxide is necessary technical gas in all breweries or wineries to pushing of beer or wine from tanks to other tanks, from isobaric filling beverages into bottles or kegs, for filtering beer etc.
We do not supply this important part in the set with pressure bottle. The customer provides themself by a local supplier of industrial gases, who also ensures the further fulfillment of these bottles by carbon dioxide. Current appearance of the product of the equipment may be different of the picture.
JOX-02 Tank beverage oxygen diffuser
JOX-02 is the oxygen diffuser for alcoholic beverage production tanks. It is used to saturation of the wort, beer, wine or cider by sterilized compressed oxygen before or during the fermentation process inside the non-pressure vessels without using a special fittings. The diffuser is not connected with the tank. It is placed inside the tank from the top manhole. Passing it through a plug to prevent air entering or oxygen escaping is possible (not included). Compatible with the MTOM-1 Mobile tank oxygenation manager (OxyBox / OxyMan) or COM-16 Central Oxygenation Manager.
ACOS-01 Saturation pipe-candle with the carbonization or oxygenation stone
Saturation pipe-candle is designed for a saturation of the wort, beer, wine or cider with sterilized compressed oxygen, carbon dioxide, nitrogen or other gas. The saturation of beverage is usually carried out before or during the fermentation or maturation process. The porous stone is built into the pipe, the nozzle is connected to the source of the pressurized gas.
ACOS02 Candle with porous stone for carbonization of beverages
The candle with a porous stone for beverage tanks is designed for the saturation of the wort, beer, wine or cider by sterilized compressed oxygen, carbon dioxide, nitrogen or other technical gas, when the beverage is in the tank under pressure. The saturation of beverage is usually carried out before, during or after the fermentation or maturation process. The candle has to be removably built into the tank, the nozzle is connected to source of the pressurized gas. Usually one or more candles is installed on each tank. The porous stone is made from the sintered stainless steel carbide therefore it is easy sanitizable in the tank.
JOX-01 Tank beverage oxygen jet
JOX-01 is the oxygenation jet for alcoholic beverage production tanks is used to saturation of the wort, beer, wine or cider by sterilized compressed oxygen before or during the fermentation process. It has be built into the tank, the nozzle is connected to the pressure gas. The jet is easy removable from the tank. Compatible with the COM-16 Central Oxygenation Manager.
