Description
Special stainless steel mini-keg (known as the cuvette, Corny keg, Cornelius keg, Soda keg, Beer keg) equipped with the pressure relief valve – volume of 2 liters. The keg is designed to the primary fermentation or the secondary fermentation of alcoholic beverages like beer or cider, under pressure up to 9bar. The keg is also usable for direct dosing beverages into glasses.
The fermentation keg is equipped with big filling hole. It allows easy cleaning of the keg before the filling process.
Connection is using special coupler Jolli (Ball Lock) with 7/16″ thread.
It is possible to use the 2L mini-keg as a sanitation keg. Fill the keg with a sanitizing chemical liquid (acidic or alkalic disolved chemical solution), connect it to a pump and you can simply use it as a small CIP station for the chemical cleaning of your tanks, pipe lines or hoses.
