Basic brewery sets in this category are designed to production of 2360 liters of wort per one batch, volume of the tanks allows maximal production one batch per day.
The production capacity of the brewery is 4720 liters of wort per one brewing day that is equal approximaly 4000 liters of beer after the fermentation process. The BREWORX CLASSIC 2000 brewhouse wort machine has a traditional Czech design and it is intended to be placed in interior of very big restaurants or pubs with retail sale of beer in bottles, petainers, cans or stainless steel kegs.
