PBA-200MG : Immersion pasteurizer (water-bath based pasteuriser) with capacity up to 150-200 pcs of bottles or cans per hour

Perfect solution for the small sized beer or cider producers. The PBA-200MG is a water bath-based pasteuriser that uses an electrically heated water system to heating of filled and closed bottles to the desired pateurisation temperature. Pasteurizing capacity up to 200pcs of 1-liter bottles per hour (two batches per 100 bottles). Real capacity depends on the bottles shape and their volume.

The PBA-200MG pasteuriser is an ideal solution for pasteurising of cold-filled bottles. It has a capacity of 200 liters (approximately 100pcs x 1 litre bottles per batch or greater capacity for smaller bottles). The machine includes an manually controlled electronic pasteurisation system. The bottles are manually placed into steel box and then they are dived in the hot water bath. You can set a desired pasteurisation temperature. Then bottles are moved out of the bath to be cooled down (slowly in air or quickly in cold water). A vat for cold water is not included in the system.

The set includes :

• Pasteurizer – one heated bath (1x 200 liters)
• 4pcs of the steel submersible boxes for bottles
• Digital thermostat / Optionaly PLC + touch LCD
• The bath is insulated on all side walls and on the bottom

• Standard : 2x 6kW = 12kW /  Necessary circuit breaker of 25A / 3-phase 400V
• Optionaly :  2x 9kW = 18kW /  Necessary circuit breaker of 32A / 3-phase 400V
