Price-effective set of equipment for bottle rinsing, bottle drying, counterpressure bottle filling and bottle capping, for the small-size professional breweries, with output capacity of up to 600 bottles per hour. This set is suitable to filling of carbonated beer into glass bottles after fermenting and carbonation. This set is suitable designed also to bottling of non-carbonated beer.
The set consists of :
- FBW-12B : The fast bottle washer with 12 positions
- FBD-12B : The fast bottle dryer with 2×12 positions
- TCBCF-900 : The table automatic counterpressure bottle filling machine (it must be ordered in the TCBCF-900-SCB version)
- CRW-P1 : The pneumatic capping machine for bottles with crown caps or plastic mushroom caps (painted steel or fully stainless steel version)
Note : Both the bottle filling machine and the pneumatic capping machine has to be powered with pressure air. An air compressore is not included in this set.
FBW-12B : Fast bottle washer with 12 positions
FBW-12B is an easy-use high-capacity bottle cleaning and sanitizing equipment with 12 positions for glass bottles that will cut your bottle washing time in half in comparation with manual bottle washing!
Already no scrubbing, no mess, no pile of empty bottles to wash and sanitize by hand ever again!
Cleaning and sanitizing your bottles has never been quicker nor easier. Load your bottles in to the rack , turn on the washer and let the powerful pump do all the work.

FBD-12B : Fast bottle dryer with 2×12 positions
FBD-12B is an easy-use bottle rack for fast gravity drying of water cleaned bottles. It allows to dry up to 48pcs bottles in the same time. This is a recommended accessory for the FBW-12B Fast bottle washer with 12 positions.
This set contains 1 drip tray and 2 racks (each for 4×3=12 bottles with diameter up to 85mm).
This system can also be used for larger bottles, such as Champagne (D>85mm). In that case one rack can hold about 8 bottles.

TCBCF-900 : Table automatic counterpressure bottle/can filling machine (up to 900 bottles/cans per hour)
Compact machine designed to automatic filling beer, cider or other similar beverages into glass bottes or aluminium cans. This bottle/can filling line is able to fill beer into bottes or cans with speed up to 15 bottles/cans (up to 0.5 liters) per minute (900 bottles/cans per hour). We recommend to use it with any external bottle/can closure machine.
Fill all types of bottles or cans quickly and easily with this compact machine. The machine should be placed at working height close to the source pressure tank with final beverage.
Beer, cider, sprakling wine, kombucha or sparkling water should go to the machine as cold as possible, at pressure from 1 to 3 bar. A maximum temperature of 2°C is optimal. Place 4 empty bottles or cans in the machine each time and close the 4 full bottles/cans with caps or lids at the end. Everything in between is fully automatic.
Bottle/can height and filling height are adjustable. The 7” waterproof touchscreen is used to set all filling parameters: CO2 pre-purge time, filling time and pressure, etc. Filling is automated by just pressing a single button.
Suitable for all types of aluminium cans, both slimline and standard sizes.
The machine also fits cylindric glass bottles from 0.2 to 0.5 litre.Maximal dimensions of the containers : 71 mm in diameter and 230 mm high.

This heavy duty commercial pneumatic capping machine is ideal when you have an air supply and a need to close a lot of bottles of the same height. The machine is able to close bottles from 5½” to 16″ in height, and features two capping heads, one for the American standard 26mm crimp beer bottle cap, and the other for the European 29-31mm crimp bottle cap (which fits many kinds of European beer bottles). The 29-31mm cap may also to be used for inserting plastic champagne corks into wine bottles. It fits bottles from 1¾” to 6″ in diameter. A unique hinged safety shield is easier to use than other models with fixed safety shields.
This machine is featured with dual air valves, so both black air valve levers must be always pressed at once to be activated caping of the bottle (which prevents an operators hand from getting crushed by the capping head). An adjustable bottom bracket makes it easy to set up your chosen bottle size so your bottles will be always properly under the capping head, saving a lot of time when you have a lot of bottles to closing.
Requires 4-5 bar of air pressure (max 125psi) . Includes a quick disconnect air fitting that will screw onto a male 1/4″ NPT air inlet for attaching your pressure air hose.
