ACL-4H700RF : Automatic 4-head Counter-Pressure Can Filling and Seaming Line – 700 cans per hour (also suitable with glass bottles)

Compact system designed to automatic filling beer, cider or other similar beverages into glass bottes or aluminium cans or glass bottles. This bottle/can filling line is able to fill beer into bottes or cans with speed up to 11 bottles/cans (up to 0.5 liters) per minute (700 bottles/cans per hour). Integrated the 4-head counter-pressure filler and the can seaming unit – the can closure machine. A bottle capping unit is not included – the external bottle capping unit is necessary if the filling into glass bottles is required.

Fill all types of bottles or cans quickly and easily with this compact machine. The machine should be placed close to the source pressure tank with final beverage.
Beer, cider, sprakling wine, kombucha or sparkling water should go to the machine as cold as possible, at pressure from 1 to 3 bar. A maximum temperature of 2°C is optimal. Place 4 empty bottles or cans in the machine each time and close the 4 full bottles/cans with caps or lids at the end. Everything in between is fully automatic.

Bottle/can height and filling height are adjustable. The 7” waterproof touchscreen is used to set all filling parameters: CO2 pre-purge time, filling time and pressure, etc. Filling is automated by just pressing a single button.

Suitable for all types of aluminium cans, both slimline and standard sizes.
The machine also fits cylindric glass bottles from 0.2 to 0.5 litre. Maximal dimensions of the containers : 71 mm in diameter and 230 mm high.
