Description
The ACL-3H700MI is a cost-effective compact, professionalgrade counter-pressure 3-filling head can filling machine designed for craft beverage producers who demand quality, consistency, and flexibility. It is intended for carbonated products, it fills cans with minimal oxygen pickup while preserving carbonation and product integrity. Its servodriven lid-seaming system ensures precise seam quality with smooth operation and reduced mechanical wear the loaded parts of the seamer.
The can filling machine is engineered in stainless steel with an industrial sanitary design, it is ideal for small breweries, wineries, craft producers of kombucha, soft drinks, and other premium beverages.
The ACL-3H700MI machine combines advanced automation with a space-efficient footprint, making it a powerful solution for growing producers.
Fill all common types of aluminium cans quickly and easily with this compact machine. The machine should be placed close to the pressure tank with a beverage.
Beer, cider, sprakling wine, kombucha or sparkling water should go to the machine as cold as possible, at pressure from 1 to 3 bar. A maximum temperature of 2°C is optimal.
Place empty cans in the machine remove the full cans from the machine at the end. Everything in between is fully automatic.
Bottle/can height and filling height are adjustable. The waterproof touchscreen is used to set all filling parameters: CO2 pre-purge time, filling time and pressure, etc.
The machine is suitable for standard, slim and sleek types of aluminium cans.
Produced in European Union. Supplied with the CE certificate (EU Declaration of Conformity).
Why to choose this Automatic 3-head Counter-Pressure Can Filling and Seaming Line ?

Designed for Carbonated Beverages
The ACL-3H700MI machine uses the counter pressure filling technology, which is essential for properly packaging beer, sparkling beverages, and carbonated drinks. This system minimizes oxygen pickup and reduces foaming, helping preserve carbonation and product quality.
Precision Seaming Technology
Our machines integrate servo-driven seaming systems that provide accurate and repeatable seam formation. Consistent seams are essential for ensuring can integrity, preventing leaks, and meeting quality standards in beverage packaging.
Compact and Efficient
Unlike large industrial canning lines, the ACL-3H700MI equipment is designed to fit into craft breweries, pilot production facilities, and small beverage plants. The machines operate on single-phase power and are optimized for efficient production at craft-scale speeds.
Industrial Automation
The ACL-3H700MI canning machine uses an industrial PLC control system and an intuitive operator interface, making the machine reliable, easy to operate, and simple to maintain.
Designed for Reliability
Critical components are carefully engineered and manufactured to ensure long-term durability in demanding beverage production environments. Precision-machined components and sanitary design principles help ensure consistent performance over time.

Cleaning solution is introduced through the product inlet (Tri-Clamp 1.5″) and handled by the machine’s CIP routine. The cleaning solution discharges to the drip tray, which drains to the floor drain (sewerage). A non-caustic alkaline detergent must be used – caustic cleaners are not suitable for this machine. |

Frequently asked questions
What is estimated output capacity for the filling carbonated beverages into cans of 0.33 / 0.44 / 0.50 liters?
Provided the product does not foam heavily when the can is de-pressurised, roughly 13–15 cans/min on 0.33 L (about 780–900 cans/hour) and 8–10 cans/min on 0.50 L. Several parameters affect the outout capacity (foamicity, temperature, elevation, pressure in a source tank, counter-pressure, carbonation level, beverage type), so these values are only estimated and real output capacity for each individual product can be different.
How is the device cleaned ?
This machine is not a closed-loop, return-to-station design. So, it is not designed to be chemicaly cleaned with an external CIP machine. It runs its own integrated CIP cycle — cleaning solution enters through the product inlet (Tri-Clamp 1.5″), circulates through the product-contact parts, and discharges to the drip tray / drain. It does not return the solution to an external CIP station. Also, only non-caustic alkaline detergents may be used; caustic cleaners are not suitable.
Is this machine suitable also with non-carbonated beverage products ?
No. The counter-pressure filling is suitable only for carbonated product. There are two options for still drinks: add a nitrogen doser (we can add it, but it is more expensive than the filling machine itself), or fill at very low carbonation.
Is it possible to expand the machine with a labelling unit ?
Yes — we can pair the filling station with a labelling machine at the exit. We offer CDA (French production) labellers, and most other external labellers can be paired too if they are designed as in-line machines with the input and output conveyor. We can supply the filling station as a small line rather than just the filler-seamer — with a loading/accumulation table at the infeed and a CDA labeller at the exit, it covers most of the “complete solution” that customers are asking for.
Are the cans dry at exit?
Cans usually leave the machine wet, from rinsing water or external condensation (only excess water on the lids is displaced at the exit). In our experience most label adhesives handle this well — the labels our customers use stick fine on cans in that condition. So the first question is whether a customer specifically plans to use a label type that needs a completely dry can. If so, we can supply the machine with a dryer unit (centrifugal blower) just before the labeller. One thing worth noting either way: because the cans come out cold, they re-form surface condensation within seconds, so unless they are labelled immediately they will be slightly damp regardless.
Is the filling station compatible with the B64 can lids ?
Yes, no problem — B64 lid just needs the corresponding seaming rolls, which we source from the supplier. That said, CDL (202) lids are now the more widely available standard from most European suppliers, so it is worth checking if your lid supplier stocks before fixing on B64 lid format.
Warranty conditions :
