MTS-PRVF3-TC15 : Adjustable pressure valve for fermenters 0-3 bar with water cup (air lock), TriClamp 1.5″ DN25 50.5mm | AISI 304

Adjustable pressure apparatus with the water cup (air lock), without a manometer, for fermenters, for the setting and keeping of required pressure in the tank.. Also the fermentation lock is included in this part to visual monitoring of the fermenting process in the tank. Connection : Bottom connection DIN 32676 “Tri Clamp” ⌀50.5mm DN 25 / 1.5″. Adjustable pressure in the tank from 0 bar up to 3.0 bar using the regulation screw with the spring.

The MTS-PRVF3-TC15 fitting includes :

1. Fermentation lock – the cap for filling by water – CO2 gas produced as the fermentation waste product outgoes through the water in the cap and it indicates the correctly ongoing fermentation process
2. Adjustable pressure valve with the spring – to precisious adjusting of the required pressure in the tank
3. Pipe DN 25 / NW 25
4. Bottom connection : Disc DIN 32676 “Tri Clamp” ⌀50.5mm DN 25 / NW 25 / 1,5″
