PHE-MX80-40 : Maxi 80 plate heat exchanger with 40 dismountable plates | AISI 304

The PHE-MX80-40 Maxi 40-plate heat exchanger is designed to meet the needs of manufacturers looking for a high quality product that facilitates heat transfer from one fluid to another. The heat exchanger is suitable for professional use thanks to the dismountable design, possibility of chemical cleaning and stainless steel material.

The Maxi 80 heat exchanger may consist of 22-51 dismountable plates for easy cleaning.

Technical parameters and equipment :

• The Maxi 80-40 heat exchanger has 40 dismountable plates for easy cleaning. The total weight of the frame is 50 kg, the diameter of the pipe connections is 1″¼.
• The Maxi 80 heat exchanger may consist of 22-51 dismountable plates. It is very easy to add next plates to the plate heat exchanger using screws, nuts and spare plates.
• Heat exchange takes place through the stainless steel plates of the exchanger, without mixing the two fluids.
• As standard, it is equipped with 4 stainless steel 1″ ¼ male connections with reducers on DIN 25 with nuts and 4 stainless steel DIN 25 male connectors reduced to hose mandrels PG20 (for 3/4″ hoses)
• The maximum operating pressure is 10 bar.
• The liquid content per channel (valid for each plate) is 0.25 litres.
• The product complies with European Directive 97/23/EC (PED) for pressure devices.
