KLPK-8L : Kegland Oxebar Mono PET mini keg 8 liters, multiple refillable, max. 2.2 bar, with a cap (KL22347)

Kegland plastic mini keg with a volume of 8 liters (2 galons). The lightweight and compact PET keg has a high oxygen barrier with 3x less gas permeability than traditional plastic PET kegs, making it suitable for storing beer, cider or other oxygen-sensitive carbonated and non-carbonated beverages.

The package includes a PCO38 cap (incompatible with regular caps for PET bottles)
Suitable for storing finished beer or cider for up to 6 months – when stored in the refrigerator.
We do not recommend using a pressure higher than 2.4 bar, use only a red or yellow pressure relief valve.
The tapping head (pressure set) is sold separately and allows you to attach standard Ball-Lock connectors and pressure relief valve to the top of the keg.

What is Oxebar Mono
Oxebar Mono is a PET polymer blend that utilizes several polymers blended together to significantly improve gas barrier properties. When compared with standard PET plastic, Oxebar Mono is able to reduce oxygen ingress and CO2 loss so shelf life of your beverage is extended by up to 3 times. We recommend this product for beer storage of up to 6 months.

Wedge seals on the optional Tapping Head and Ball Lock Caps eliminate points of oxygen ingress found where rubber is traditionally used.
Lower total oxygen pickup compared to a standard corny keg lid seal.
