The 3-piece fermentation air-lock for non-pressure fermentation vessels. The fermentation lock protects beverages from infection of ambient air during the fermentation process. This airlock made from polypropylene is much less rigid and less likely to crack compared to standard three-piece airlocks. If you want to sterilize it simply toss it into a bucket of sanitizer with your other equipment and don’t worry about it breaking.
