BR-A800 : Automatic bottle rinsing machine (up to 800 bottles/hr)

The linear automatic bottle rinsing machine with automatic loading and unloading of the bottles. Operation capacity 800 bottles per hour.

This machine works with a system of disposable water injection, it is designed to rinse the inside of new bottles with pre-filtered water, before filling them, without wetting the outside.
The water is filtered using an Aisi316 stainless steel 60µm filtering cartridge.
No equipment format change for different bottle types is needed.

Working cycle description :

1. Loading the bottles on the enter conveyor (manually or automatically optionally from the incomming conveyor)
2. Automatic positioning of the bottles in the machine (4 positions)
3. Clamping the bottles through double-acting suction cups
4. Turnover of the bottles around the horizontal axis (4 bottles atthe same time)
5. Rinsing of the internal surface the bottles with water
6. Dripping of water from the bottles
7. Returning the bottles to starting position
8. Releasing the bottles on the conveyor belt
9. End of the working cycle
10. Unloading the bottles from the output conveyor (manually or automatically optionally by the outgoing conveyor)
