The simplest solution for filling of beverages into bottles is to fill the beer into PET bottles directly from a special valve on a dispensing beer tower using special valves for the filling of PET bottles. The filling valve is easy to operate . The same employee, who is already working in the bar, can fill the beer into bottles. Manipulation with the PET bottles is very easy. It is not necessary to wash or disinfect the PET bottles if they are stored in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations.

The bartender fills PET bottles directly in the bar during the free moments and the filled bottles are then stored in the refrigerator. So the customers can buy beer directly from the bartender, waiter or at the receptionm, and take it home.

The bartender can also fill PET bottles directly in front of the customers. To fill the draught beer into a bottle in front of a customer will give the drink a label of freshness. This may be appreciated the most customers. This method of selling need not any storage space for filled bottles and save storage costs.

Filling machines designed for PET bottles usually consist of one or more filling taps to fill beer into one or more PET bottles at the same time.

After a bartender unpacks empty bottles from a packaging, he puts a bottle on a filling tap, he starts the filling procedure and then removes the bottles, closes them with their crown-caps and stores them in selling boxes.
