TTMMCS-38A Tank temperature manual measuring & control system for 1-38 tanks
The control system TTMMCS-38A allows manual monitoring and controlling of temperatures in tanks. This is necessary function for controlled beer fermentation and maturation process and operations with media.
TTMMCS-38A is designed for the measuring and control of temperatures in 1 – 38 tanks.
TTMMCS-38A allows measuring and control of :
- HWT – heat water tank
- ITWT – ice treated water tank
- ICWT – ice cooling water tank
- WCA – wort cooler and aerator
- LCS – glycol medium cooler
- Beer tanks (from 1 to 38 pcs total max) :

Digital temperature regulators with termo-sensor
C2105 – Microprocessor temperature regulator × 38
C2105 temperature regulator is used in Breworx breweries for measuring and control of temperatures in tanks (HWT, ITWT, ICWT, CCT, OFV, BBT …). The controller cooperate with WJ500 junction box, which makes wiring easy and convenient in brewery installation and VM800 electrovalves.
Electrical regulation valves
VM800 Motorized valve 3/4″ DN20 for TTC systems × 38
VM800 is motorized valve for TTC tank temperature control systems using in breweries Breworx. It is intended for pipes 3/4“ (DN20) – these are the usual input and output connections for cooling duplicators double jacket for stainless steel tanks. Each VM800 valve is connected with TTC system by WJ500 connection box.
Connection box
WJ520 TTC connection box for 20xC2105 controllers × 2
WJ520 is a junction box, which makes wiring easy and convenient in brewery installation. It allows connection from 1 to 20 pcs of C2105 temperature controllers and VM800 electrovalves and their power supplying. Built-in relay.

Power supply

Transformer for power supply of TMC systems – it generates 24 V AC needed for other TMC components. The universal casing enables mounting on the TH-35 DIN rail or on the surface in the electrical cabinet.
