TTMACS-18 Automatic control of cold process – media and 1-18 tanks

The automatic control system TTMACS-18 allows automatic monitoring and controlling of the most important parts of beer fermentation and maturation process (from 1 to 18 tanks max with one-zone control) and operations with media.

TTMACS-18 allows measuring and control of :

1. HWT – heat water tank
2. ITWT – ice treated water tank
3. ICWT – ice cooling water tank
4. WCA – wort cooler and aerator
5. LCS – glycol medium cooler
6. Beer tanks (from 1 to 18 pcs total max) :
   • CCT – cylindrical-conical tanks
   • OFV – opened fermentation vats
   • BBT – bright beer tanks

The automatic control system TTMACS-18 consists of :

1. Automatic control of HWT (heat water tank)

• minimal-maximal water level control
• emergency alarm
• automatic water filling
• automatic water heating
• automatic water temperature homogenization by pump
• signal communication with the brewhouse (you can not run the brewhouse until the requested temperature in the tank)
• vizualization of all processes

2. Automatic control of ITWT (ice treated water tank)

• minimal-maximal water level control
• frost water protection
• emergency alarm
• automatic water filling
• automatic water cooling
• automatic water temperature homogenization by pump
• signal communication with the brewhouse (you can not run the brewhouse until the requested temperature in the tank)
• vizualization of all processes

3. Automatic control of ICWT (ice cooling water tank)

• minimal-maximal water level control
• all temperatures control
• frost water protection
• emergency alarm
• automatic water filling
• automatic water cooling
• signal communication with the CCT´s – cooling od demand
• vizualization of all processes

4. Automatic control of fermentation and maturation process (C-C tanks or opened fermentation vats)

• all temperatures control for fermentation and maturation process
• setting of temperature timeplan for each tank (max. 90 days)
• recording of temperature history for each tank (max. 90 days)
• export data to websites
• remote control and visualization
• display of set and real temperatures in each tank
• frost water and yeast protection
• output on GSM gateway or ALARM
• signal communication with the IWT – cooling od demand
• vizualization of all processes on local LCD panel and remote computers
