Description

Simple low-cost counterpressure bottle filler for micro breweries, home brewers and all small craft beverage producers.
The manual bottle filling station compatible with common glass beer bottles is designed especialy for small craft breweries needing precision, food grade materials and reliability.
It is built with durable stainless steel material, it ensures long-term performance and hygiene in beverage production.

The counter pressure filling technology is necessary for the filling carbonated beverages. This function minimizes foam and preserves carbonation during bottling. It is ideal filling equipment for maintaining beer, cider, lemonade quality and consistency across batches.

How does the manual bottle filler work?

First, you fill the bottle with carbon dioxide (CO2) to displace the air, which prevents the beverage from oxidizing. Next, by turning the valve lever to the left, you pressurize the bottle with CO2 to the same pressure as the source keg or fermenter. Once the valve lever is switched to the right, the beer will begin to flow without foaming (or with very minimal foaming), provided the beverage is sufficiently chilled to below 3°C. After the bottle is filled, safely release the pressure and immediately seal the bottle with a crown cap or a swing-top (mechanical) closure.

Connections to beverage / carbon dioxide / drain

We recommend using standard beverage tubing (6.8 × 9.5 mm, ID × OD), which can simply be pushed onto the hose barb and secured with a clamp.
