HVLF-300SA : Semi-automatic filling machine for high to low viskosity liquid products – up to 300L/h

Semiautomatic filling machine with self-priming pump designed to gravity filling liquid products with high to low viscosity into cans, bottles, canisters and other containers, with capacity of 300 liters per hour. Digital control of filling volume (5g – 35kg per batch).
The impeller functions as a self-priming pump and flow meter at the same time, making it possible to fill high-viscosity liquids. Suitable to filling soups, bujons, jam, honey etc.

The HVLF-300SA Semi-automatic filling machine, in conjunction with a compatible pump head and a suitable hose, container or funnel system, are used to fill suitable vessels (containers) with high to low viscosity products.

The configuration of the filling machine is determined by:
• Viscosity and temperature of the product to be filled
• Size and number of containers (containers) to be filled
• Size of the container from which the product is filled or the size of the production batches of the product.

The configuration of the filling machine must be discussed with the supplier before purchase in order to be able to fill the product efficiently and cleanly and to avoid damage to the device.
The filling machine is intended for indoor use only. An ambient temperature of +15°C to +35°C is recommended.
