Semiautomatic filling machine with the plate filter, the buffer tank and the automatic pump designed to filtration and gravity filling of non-carbonated beverages with low viscosity into glass or PET bottles.
The machine has a built-in pump, controlled by level switches in the buffer tank. Filling level in the bottles is adjustable, bottle overfill protection. The filler requires minimal maintenance. Six filling heads.

The GBFU-6F is a self-falling gravity bottle filler with automatic tank level control with thirty-chamber plate filter 20×20 cm. A pump controlled by a level sensor can be connected to the filler, which automatically switches the pump on and off.

The machine includes a twenty-chamber plate filter to filter white, rosé, red wines, fruit juices and other food liquids. Using filter plates of different densities, you can easily achieve high-quality and sterile filtration. The entire structure of the filter is made of high-quality stainless steel. The filter is equipped with a pressure gauge and a venting valve. Control using a pressure screw that pushes the two outer stainless steel plates against each other. Easy handling with the help of wheels.
