GBFU-4F : Semi-automatic gravity bottle filling machine with the buffer tank and the plate filter

Semiautomatic filling machine with the plate filter, the buffer tank and the automatic pump designed to filtration and gravity filling of non-carbonated beverages with low viscosity into glass or PET bottles.
The machine has a built-in pump, controlled by level switches in the buffer tank. Filling level in the bottles is adjustable, bottle overfill protection. The filler requires minimal maintenance.

The GBFU-4F is a self-falling gravity bottle filler with automatic tank level control with twenty-chamber plate filter 20×20 cm. A pump controlled by a level sensor can be connected to the filler, which automatically switches the pump on and off.

The machine includes a twenty-chamber plate filter to filter white, rosé, red wines, fruit juices and other food liquids. Using filter plates of different densities, you can easily achieve high-quality and sterile filtration. The entire structure of the filter is made of high-quality stainless steel. The filter is equipped with a pressure gauge and a venting valve. Control using a pressure screw that pushes the two outer stainless steel plates against each other. Easy handling with the help of wheels.
