Description
Single head semi-automatic capping unit with capping head for one size ROPP metal closures, with capacity 500-600 bottles per hour. The machine conforms to CE safety regulations using a two-button head initiation operating system.
This type of machine has been designed, made and certified for use to close all type of ROPP aluminium caps.
The semi-automatic capping machine is equipped with a capping head made in stainless steel, complete of No-Cap-No-Roll safety system, for only one type of diameter of the ROPP aluminium caps.
The head mounted on the machine will be made to use with the samples of caps and bottles delivered by the customer.
Semi-automatic capping machine is particularly useful for laboratories, wine makers, and/or small-scale beverage productions.

The measurements to establish the noise level of the machine have been carried out according to the UNI 7712 Norms. The phonometric tests conducted on this specific machine model have established an acoustic pressure level of (Lpa ≤ 70 [dbl]).

NOTE: When the purchase order is placed, it’s necessary to send the samples of bottles and caps (3 pcs of the glass bottles and 30 pcs of the ROPP caps). The samples are needed for the confirmation of the present offer and for regulation of the closing head.
Delivery Terms: Maximally 30 working days (Excluded December and August) after the 100% advance payment and receiving samples of caps and bottles.
