BT-30LEP : BREWTRION 30L profi – Micro brewhouse for home beer brewing (with the timer and insulation)

The BREWTRION BT-30LEP Profi is a small home brewery with volume of 30L for unlimited enjoyment of your own home-brewed beer. This brewhouse is equipped with the insulation jacket and a the simple digital timer with LCD that allows you programming up to 9 brewing recipes (times and temperatures).

The stainless steel boiler of the home brewing system has a high capacity of 30 l. The liter scale facilitates the precise addition of ingredients. The brewhouse itself contains an electric circuit board with the program settings, so the cooking process is always accurate. This is done through an intuitive touch control panel that allows access to many functions: While beginners rely on the automatic mode, professionals use the manual mode to try out their own recipes.
Thanks to the memory function, you can save up to 9 recipes. Here you enter the required temperature, heating power and brewing time (timer setting range 0-180 min) for each step of the program. The automatic pause function ensures that the ingredients have the optimal time to release their aromas and flavors. All process phases and set parameters can be displayed on the clear LCD display.
For optimal heat distribution between 25-100 °C, the brewing unit is equipped with a heating element with a total power of 2500 W in three levels 700 / 1800 / 2500 W.

The insulation jacket ensures optimal heat retention and helps keep energy costs low. An electromagnetically driven pump takes over the mixing of the mash and later the wort during the rest period. The double bottom prevents the mash from sticking to the bottom. With the drain tap with integrated filter, you can easily transfer the cleared wort to the fermentation vessel at the end of the brewing process.

The brewing kettle is equipped with two side handles that are easy to hold. The handles are of a practical size, making it easier to transport and store the device.

Thanks to high-quality materials such as stainless steel or glass on the lid, this kettle is not only extremely durable, but also easy to clean. The TCO overheating protection always guarantees the safe use of the home cooking unit.

Note: Before you start brewing beer, informally inform the relevant main customs office about the start of production, the place of production and the expected amount of beer brewed.
After the brewing process the output product still is not beer. It is necessary to ferment and carbonate wort in a fermentation and maturation vessels or bottles to achieve beer as a final product.
