Description
Price-effective set of equipment for bottle filling and capping, for the smallest craft breweries, with output capacity of up to 350 bottles per hour. This set is suitable to filling of non-carbonated beer into glass bottles after fermenting (beer natural carbonation takes place in the bottles stored in a cold place after the filling). This set is not designed to bottling of carbonated beer.

- The CRW-P1 : Pneumatic capping machine for bottles with crown caps or plastic mushroom caps
Note : The pneumatic capping machine has to be powered with pressure air. An air compressore is not included in this set.

The BFM-UB21 UltraBeer electric machine with two beer filling nozzles and one sugar-solution priming nozzle features a robust stainless-steel construction, ensuring durability and hygiene. Its two filling nozzles allow simultaneous filling beer into two glass bottles, while the integrated syringe delivers a precise, adjustable dose of sugar-solution (recommended step when you fill craft beer before its carbonation in bottles).
This ensures consistent following natural carbonation of beer in every bottle.

The machine is constructed entirely of stainless steel. The beer bottle filler is equipped with two highly efficient and precise stainless steel filling nozzles.
When the bottle is placed under the nozzle, the beverage is sucked, due the vacuum created inside, directly from the fermentation tank into the bottle, without contact between the liquid and any mechanical components (pumps, valves etc.) This is excelent for hygiene of the entire filling system and high quality of your craft beers.
The BFM-UB2 UltraBeer machine is especialy designed for filling of beer.
The maximum liquid temperature must be lower than 80°C.

Versatile hose made from TPE-S hygienic rubber reinforced by high tenacity polyester yarn. Inside and outside completely smooth,to enhance flow properties and allow easy cleaning and sterilization processes.
Highly neutral in taste and odor, it preserves the organoleptic properties of the medium. Excellent resistance to Hydrolysis and proliferation of bacteria as well as to ozone, ageing and weathering.

CRW-P1 : Pneumatic capping machine for bottles with crown caps or plastic mushroom caps
Semiautomatic pneumatical simple capping machine for capping the glass bottles with steel crown caps or plastic mushroom plugs.

This heavy duty commercial pneumatic capping machine is ideal when you have an air supply and a need to close a lot of bottles of the same height. The machine is able to close bottles from 5½” to 16″ in height, and features two capping heads, one for the American standard 26mm crimp beer bottle cap, and the other for the European 29-31mm crimp bottle cap (which fits many kinds of European beer bottles). The 29-31mm cap may also to be used for inserting plastic champagne corks into wine bottles. It fits bottles from 1¾” to 6″ in diameter. A unique hinged safety shield is easier to use than other models with fixed safety shields.
This machine is featured with dual air valves, so both black air valve levers must be always pressed at once to be activated caping of the bottle (which prevents an operators hand from getting crushed by the capping head). An adjustable bottom bracket makes it easy to set up your chosen bottle size so your bottles will be always properly under the capping head, saving a lot of time when you have a lot of bottles to closing.
Requires 4-5 bar of air pressure (max 125psi) . Includes a quick disconnect air fitting that will screw onto a male 1/4″ NPT air inlet for attaching your pressure air hose.
Production capacity : from 500 up to 600 bph (depends on operator’s ability).
