The compact machine for preparation of wort includes six special vessels to maximize of production capacity. Thanks to parallel production method this machine is able to produce from one to six batches of wort per day - (from 5900 up to 35400 liters of wort per day). The cooling condenser unit intended for the cooling of the water (usually with glycol solution) in the industrial cooling water tank (ICWT - industrial cooling water tank is not included in this set and it must be purchased individually according to requirements of the customer). The iced water is then used to cooling of the beverage production tanks like fermenters or beer storage tanks and also to cooling other devices in the brewery. This equipment uses a special technical coolant intended to chilling systems that has to be filled and pressurized into the primary circuit only by qualified person. This equipment uses ice water or glycol as coolant. The cooling unit is compatible with all types of ICWT cooling water tanks of our production. The output copper pipes of the condenser cooling unit has to be joined with input copper pipes of the pipe heat exchanger or the primary side of the plate heat exchanger of the ICWT cooling water tank. The ICWT-10000 is a coolant reservoir set that includes an industrial cooling water tank 10000 liters, external plate heat exchanger and two pumps. This set is designed for cooling and accumulation of cold water (usually with glycol) and its following utilisation for beer cooling in the second cooling stage and then for further cooling of particular tanks in the brewery. The condensing unit (separated component that is not included as part of this cooling reservoir) with plate heat exchanger is connected to primary circuit (cooling of media). Cooled tanks are connected to the ICWT in the secondary circuit. It is possible to install more condensation units in series. This tank is coupled with two pumps with capacity of 95 l/min for closed primary and secondary circuits. It is mounted on 4 adjustable feet and closed with a stainless cover. We recommend keeping the cooler within a max. distance from the ice water tank of 25 m. Antifreezer is not included in the delivery. We recommend to use non-toxic cooling liquid according to your possibilities.

Cold water container ITWT-8000 with the cooling spiral is designed for accumulation 8000 liters of ice water. The very cold treated water is using for cooling of the wort in a single-stage plate heat exchanger where the wort is cooled down from 95°C to about 6°C to 25°C. CIP-1004SQ : Cleaning and sanitizing station 4x1000 liters (the static CIP machine in standard quality)

The CIP-1004SQ (version of the standard quality) is used for sanitation and sterilization of vessels and piping routes. This is a fully equipped system for breweries and other food production plants : Cleaning-In-Place. The CIP equipment provides heating and circulation of water, alkaline and acid solutions through sanitary shower that sprays sanitary chemical solutions on the wall of a vessel. The device consists of four separate containers with nominal volume of 1000 liters and one neutralization vessel (300 l), one or two centrifugal pumps, manual and automatic valves and all installation pipes as well. The steam version of the CIP station includes also a pipe heat exchanger (the heating by hot steam using an external hot steam generator) with a digital temperature control in range of 0-80 °C. This type of the CIP station is recommended for cleaning and sanitation of tanks with a volume more than 12000 liters.

Main benefit of the four-vessel CIP system is two separated tanks for alkaline solution - first tank to alkaline cleaning-sanitation of the brewhouse, second tank to alkaline cleaning-sanitation of other brewery equipment (tanks, filter, pipes ...). The equipment CIP-1004SQ is installed in a rigid frame provided by lockable wheels. Used material is stainless steel 1.4301 (AISI 304) or 1.4404 (AISI 316) according of selected variant. Containers (vessels) are not insulated.

Two variants of the CIP unit  :

  1. SH : CIP unit without the steam generator - The heating has to be ensured using an external hot steam generator that is not included in the price.

Control system AC (automatic control) :

Automatic controlled brewhouse with computer support and most of the operation controlled by computer according to selected program in central control panel. Control panel is designed with touchscreen on which the brewmaster selects a recipe and starts program what controls the production process. Brewmaster controls and makes a laboratory tests, ensures preparation of raw materials and brewhouse for the process.
