ABF36-2200 : Automatic counter-pressure bottle filling and capping machine / up to 2200 bottles per hour

Fully-automatic 6-head counter-pressure filling machine for glass bottles with the filling capacity up to 1800-2200 bottles per hour.  We offer this machine only in a fully-automatic version. Bottles are always automatically loaded into the machine from a conveyor belt, a labeller or a depaletizer. The fully automatic rinser is possible to locate here, which will rinse the bottles before they are filled.   The machine includes an automatic bottle filling system and an autoomatic bottle capping unit (crown caps are feeded automatically).

These machines are made for 1 bottle format (usually 0.33L or 0.50L) or optionally for more bottle formats (if the optional universal bottle format system is choosed). The format of the bottles is defined by a customer when the machine is ordered.

The whole clever concept is that the bottle goes from filling to capping as quickly as possible.
This machine only needs only 1.7 seconds between filling and capping step. This speed allows you perfect capping the bottles when the foaming – no air atoms can contamine your beverage.

How the machine works :

The ABF36 machine can be equipped according to the wishes of the customer.
In the basic configuration (semi-automatic version) is equipped with :
– Bottle input conveyor (the bottles are manually loaded by an human operator)
– 6-head counter-pressure filling unit
– 6-head capping unit (the crown caps are feeded automatically)

To this can be added an empty bottle loading system with a small or large depalitizer which can be combined with a fully automatic rinser. At the end of the machine the bottles can be moved to a labeling machine or you can add a packing table.

The isobaric bottle filling is always fully automatic with our sensor technology.
