Conical fermenters

Conical fermenters are containers designed to fermentation of alcoholic beverages with cylindrically-conical shape. The cone under the cylindric part allows the collection of sediments (yeast, sludges, solid particles) in the conical bottom and their quick and gentle separation from beverage without a bacterial contamination or big loses of beverage.
The conical fermenters are the mostly used containers in breweries or cider production plants due their universality. It is possible to use the cylindrically-conical fermentation vessels for complete fermentation process of carbonated beverages like beer or cider – – both the primary and secondary fermentation.
