Description
The wort aeration candle is an equipment necessary for beer production process. The wort aerator serves to saturation wort with oxygen (or sterile air) after the wort brewing process, before the beer fermentation. Wort must be at temperature needed for start of the fermentation process before the aeration. We offer the wort aerator in four dimensions, with all usual combinations of sanitary couplers.
- Material – body and pipes : Stainless steel AISI 304
- Material – saturation stone : Polyethylene (plastic porous material)
- Working temperature : from –5 °C up to +100 °C
- Sanitation temperature : 120 °C (maximaly 10 minutes)
- Working pressure (liquid) : 0-6 bar (0.0 – 0.6 MPa)
- Working pressure (oxygen) : 0-6 bar (0.0 – 0.6 MPa)

This equipment is not suitable for the saturation beverages with carbondioxide or nitrogen.
