The UNI-BOTTLE-CAPPER (Electric version) is a robust professional electrical bottle capper. It is supplied with three interchangeable heads: 26 mm and 29 mm for crown caps, and one adjustable head suitable for plastic T-caps and anti-refill caps. The hourly production is approximately 250-300 bottles.

Nitrogen Injection Nozzle
The nozzle injects nitrogen into the headspace of the filled bottle immediately before capping.
Why to use the Nitrogen Injection Nozzle ?
- This nozzle allows bottles to be flushed with nitrogen immediately before capping, reducing oxygen in the bottle headspace.
- The short stainless steel tube delivers a precise jet of nitrogen into the top of the filled bottle, efficiently displacing the remaining oxygen just before the cap is applied.
- When used together with the vacuum filler, this nozzle completes a low-oxygen bottling process. The bottle is filled under vacuum, flushed with nitrogen and immediately sealed with the cap.
- An ideal solution for wines, juices and other non-carbonated oxygen-sensitive beverages, ensuring maximum protection against oxidation until the bottle is closed.
