The FDS-5000MG double fruit de-stoner is a machine designed to mechanical separation of fruit pulp from stems, seeds and cores with capacity 1000-5000 kg per hour. The output of a de-stoner is fruit mash or puree, containing larger pieces of fruit pulp.

The machine has two work units. In the first unit it does the fruit destoning, in the second one the fruit pulping. With feed screw in the input hopper. The machine is mounted on 4 each Anti-vibration feet. Requires minimal maintenance. Sieves can be changed simply and quickly. Two choosable diameter sieves include in the basic price.

Integrated fruit juice/puree pump – an equipment for the transport of fruit juice or puree (pressed fruit mash) from the fruit de-stoner to the fermentation tank. Capacity is  2000 kg of fruit juice per hour.

Frequency inverter: pump speed control option for even more professional fruit processing.

Inspection sight glass – for easy monitoring of the fruit destoning process
