The FPS-40S fruit processing set consists of three devices :

• FRCR-1000S : Fruit crusher 1000 kg/hour 2.2 kW 1x230V
• HAP-40S : Hydraulic fruit press 40 liters (with manometer)

• HAP-FB-40S : Filtration bag for the HAP-40S hydraulic press

Fruit crusher FRCR-1000 with production performance up to 1000 kg of fruits per hour. Electric power supply 1ph 230V/50Hz, Electric engine 2.2 kW. Intended to crushing apples, pears or other fruits to production the cider.

This fruit crusher shreds your fruit exactly the right size guaranteeing the highest possible juice yield. The large input hopper and its height makes it easy to manual fill with fruit directly from the box.

HAP-40S Hydraulic fruit press with the production capacity up to 34-68 liters of must per hour – recommended for cider production lines with small capacity.

Modern fruit presse that operate with an inflatable central rubber membrane with connection to a water tap. Normal water pressure forces the membrane to expand, pushing the juice to the perforated stainless steel basket. Quick and effective operation, with as little as 3 bar pressure. Delivered completely with stainless steel basket, manometer, security valve, rubber bag and ‘anti splash coating’.
