CIWC-45 : Compact ice water chiller 4.4 kW (with the tank 180L and the pump)

The compact cooling unit is made of stainless steel. This equipment is an ideal solution for micro-breweries, hobby brewers and smaller wineries which need cooling for their applications.
The compact ice water chiller has cooling capacity of 4.4 kW (5.90 HP). At 0°C (32°F) water temperature an ice-bank will be built around the tubes which provides an additional, stored cooling capacity. When used for flash-cooling, it boosts the capacity of the unit, giving a constant cooling temperature over a longer time period. An additional stainless steel coil for direct cooling of liquids can be integrated as an option, even afterwards.
The compact ice water chiller is able to cool water down to -6 °C if in water is using monopropylen glycol.

Optional accessories :

I. CIWC-OFP : Overflow protection kit for the CIWC Compact ice water chiller

The ‘Overflow protection kit’ prevents residual water from the pipes of open water-systems to over-flood the cooling unit’s integrated water-tank when the pumps are switched off.

Overflow prevention-kit comprised of a solenoid valve with connection and a non-return valve, recommended for installations where water pipes or tanks stand higher than the unit.

II. CIWC-CL45 : Stainless flow-through steel cooling coil for direct cooling of liquids (active cooling)

An additional stainless steel coil for direct beverage product cooling e.g. before drawing beer or wine into jars.

III. CWC-CMC : Compact stainless steel manifolds for cooling more tanks

The stainless steel manifold to connect more cooling zones on cooled tanks to this cooling unit using flexible plastic pipes or hoses.
