CIMF-4500 machine is a beverage flow-through cooler for cooling down up to four beverage lines and the dispense tower with faucets continuously with the cooling capacity up to 35-90 liters per hour (0.52 kW / 0.7 HP). Designed to cooling all carbonated or non-carbonated beverages like beer, cider, wine, sparkling wine, water, lemonades etc.

Description

CIMF-4500 machine is a beverage flow-through cooler for cooling down up to four beverage lines and the dispense tower with faucets continuously with the cooling capacity up to 35-90 liters per hour (0.52 kW / 0.7 HP). Designed to cooling all carbonated or non-carbonated beverages like beer, cider, wine, sparkling wine, water, lemonades etc.

 

The CIMF-4500 under-table water beer cooler is intended for professional cooling of drinks in smaller restaurants, catering facilities and bars.

When using propylene glycol, it can also be used to control the fermentation temperature of fermentation vessels (we recommend an insulating jacket), up to a tank volume of 400 l at a normal room temperature of 20 °C.

How to connect beverage lines to the chiller :

We recommend you to use the “EVA BARRIER” hoses with outer diameter of 8mm for the connections of the keg couplers and the beverage dispense stand with the CIMF-4500 flow-through chiller.

The EVABarrier hoses can be attached to the product lines using multiple different types of Duotight fittings as shown below:

A – Duotight 8mm Push in Elbow
B – Duotight 8mm x 1/4″ BSP Male
C – Duotight 8mm Ball Valve
D – Duotight 6.5mm x 8mm Reducer
E – Duotight 8mm Push in Joiner
F – Duotight 9.5mm x 8mm Reducer


Filling the reservoir with water and glycol

The CIMF-4500 chiller can be operated with either just water in the reservoir or both water and glycol to reduce the freezing point of water.

IMPORTANT: If you are only using water in the reservoir and not glycol then never do set the temperature of the reservoir below 2°C.

Fill the reservoir to a total of 20L with water if the reservoir is set at 2°C or an appropriate Concentration of glycol solution if dropping the reservoir below 2°C according to the table below.
Ensure the cooling coils are submerged.

The amount of glycol required to be added to the reservoir depends on the desired set temperature of the reservoir which is dependent on a number of factors including heat ingress into the entire system, insulation of the glycol lines, ambient temperature, the number of kegs being cooled and the temperature of the kegs.

Use the table below to determine what percentage of glycol you require.
