The CBC-SA600N semi-automatic corking machine is a professional quality product designed to facilitate and optimise the corking of bottles and meet all the efficiency requirements of professional wine, cider or beer producers.
The machine is manufactured in AISI 304 stainless steel.

The CBC-SA600N corking machine incorporates stainless steel blocks.
The nitrogen injection device allows air to escape from the bottle and filling of bottle neck with nitrogen before the cork is inserted. This function causes that no oxygen will be present in the bottle, preventing the possibility of wine oxidation.
The CBC-SA600N corking machine is compatible with agglomerated or synthetic corks with diameter from 22 to 26 millimetres, up to a height of 50 millimetres. Its dimensions of 520 x 600 x 1830 mm and overall weight of 110 kg are perfectly suited to the needs of the most of professionals in the wine and brewery sectors.

NOTE: When the purchase order is placed, it’s necessary to send the samples of bottles and corks (3 pcs of the glass bottles and 30 pcs of the corks). The samples are needed for the confirmation of the present offer and for regulation of the corking head.
