BRB-1S : Stainless steel bottle rinser-blower with one bottle position on the stand

Simple single-position stainless steel bottle rinser or bottle blower on the stand activated with a pedal. Made of AISI 304 stainless steel – suitable for contact with foodstuffs.

Use of the equipment :

Allows washing bottles (from rests of wine, spirits, beer, etc.) with water or blowing water residues from bottles with filtered air. Practical and quick use, simply insert two bottles upside down and press the pedal to wash or blowing.

The equipment serves as a bottle rinser or a bottle blower according to connection the hose to a source of pressure water or an air compressor (we recommend to use an oil-free air compressor with the air filter).
The design of the machine does not allow the use the same nozzle for washing bottles and the also for blowing bottles. If the user needs to use the device for both washing bottles and blowing water residues from bottles, it is necessary to use two of these devices (one device will serve as a bottle washer, the other as a bottle blower).

Suitable for bottles with volume from 0.10 to 5 litres (min. hole 7 mm – max. 110 mm).
